🔁 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following situations:

• Product is received in damaged, leaked, or tampered condition.

   

• Wrong product delivered.

   

Returns are not accepted for:

• Incorrect usage of the product

   

• Change of mind or preferences

   

🕒 2. Return Timeline

• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

   

• Share photos/videos of the product condition via email or WhatsApp.

   

📦 3. Return Procedure

• Once approved, we may arrange pickup or ask you to send the item to our warehouse.

   

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

   

💸 4. Refund Process

• Upon receiving and verifying the return, a refund will be initiated within 7-8 working days.

   

• Refund will be credited via the same payment method used during purchase (PhonePe/UPI/Bank).

   

❌ 5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
